My Paid Content Isn't Working

The most common cause is an incomplete Stripe Connect onboarding — see Article "My Paid Content Isn't Showing on My Fan Page" for the full walkthrough.

Stripe requires the onboarding to be fully completed before content goes live, and it's a separate step from your BCKSTG subscription.
