Fans Can't See My Stream

If you're live in OBS and the dashboard shows LIVE NOW but fans visiting your page don't see the player:

Hard refresh the page — have them try Ctrl+R / Cmd+R to clear any cache
Check the URL — confirm they're on your correct handle URL (bckstg.co/yourhandle)
Browser compatibility — BCKSTG Live uses HLS playback, which works in all modern browsers. Very old browsers may not support it.
Try a different device — if one device has issues, testing on another confirms whether it's device-specific

Contact support if fans are consistently unable to load the stream while your dashboard shows LIVE NOW.
