My Paid Content Isn't Showing on My Fan Page
Two most common causes:
Stripe Connect onboarding incomplete. Stripe requires you to fully complete their onboarding — if you stopped partway through, your account is in a pending state and content won't publish. Go to Dashboard → Paid Content → Manage Stripe Account to check your status and finish any outstanding steps.
Content marked inactive. Make sure each listing is set to active in your dashboard.

Creator and Artist accounts can sell exclusive content directly to fans.
Step 1 — Connect Stripe: Go to Dashboard → Paid Content and connect your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. This is separate from your BCKSTG subscription — you're connecting your own Stripe account so payouts go directly to you. Complete the Stripe onboarding fully. If you leave it incomplete, your content won't go live.

When you visit a creator's BCKSTG page, locked content shows an UNLOCK button with the price.
Click it → Stripe secure checkout → content unlocks immediately after payment.
