• Connecting MasterTour

  Artists who use MasterTour by Eventric can sync their tour data directly into BCKSTG. Go to Dashboard → MasterTour to connect. You'll need your MasterTour API key and secret from my.eventric.com/portal/apikey. Once connected, BCKSTG pulls your tours, tour dates, venues, itinerary, set lists, crew, and hotel info into a full management hub in your dashboard. • Bandsintown

  BCKSTG has an application submitted to the Bandsintown API. Once access is granted, Bandsintown sync will be available for importing Artist tour dates. We'll announce it in the What's New feed when it's live.Few readers

• Pre-Sale Codes on Events

  You can attach a pre-sale access code to any tour date or event. When a fan visits your page and sees a show with pre-sale access, they click Pre-Sale Access — the row swaps inline to a code entry field. They type the code and hit Unlock to reveal the ticket link. No page reload, no overlay. To add a pre-sale code: edit any tour date or event in your dashboard and enter the code in the Pre-Sale Code field.Few readers

• Adding Releases and Pre-Saves

  Go to Dashboard → Releases. For each release you can add: title, artwork, release date, DSP links, release type (Single, EP, Album, etc.), and pre-save links for Spotify and Apple Music. Releases appear on your fan page in reverse chronological order. Free accounts are limited to 1–2 releases. Connecting Spotify and Apple Music during onboarding autofills your existing releases so you don't have to enter them manually.Few readers

  BCKSTG connects to Spotify two ways: Autofill (no login required): During onboarding or in your dashboard, search for your artist name. BCKSTG pulls your releases, monthly listeners, and profile data using Spotify's public API. Pre-saves (OAuth): Fans can pre-save upcoming releases directly from your fan page. Connect your Spotify account via OAuth in Integrations. Important about pre-saves: Spotify pre-saves are currently limited while BCKSTG awaits Extended Quota approval from SFew readers

• Tour Dates and City Requests

  Go to Dashboard → Tour Dates. You can add shows manually, import via CSV, or sync from MasterTour. Each show displays: venue, city, date, ticket link, and optionally a pre-sale code. Your fan page highlights your active tour if one is running. City Request form: Fans can submit a city they want you to play directly from your fan page. You'll see all requests in the dashboard as a ranked grid by volume.Few readers

• Unsubscribing from an Artist's List (For Fans)

  Every email blast from a BCKSTG artist includes a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from that artist's list immediately — no login required, no confirmation screen. If you're still receiving emails after unsubscribing, contact support with the artist's handle and we'll sort it out.Few readers

• Connecting Apple Music

  Connect Apple Music in Dashboard → Integrations → Apple Music to enable pre-saves and autofill of your Apple Music profile. Apple Music developer tokens expire roughly every 6 hours. If your integration stops working, go to Integrations, disconnect, and reconnect to refresh.Few readers
